Practice One was like the first day at school as the TCR juga-naught rolled into town at Sydney Motorsport Park.

Many were happy to finally hit the track in anger and took full advantage of the session by logging maximum laps. Jimmy Vernon’s Alfa Romeo was no different.

Vernon’s SRH Milk Haulage Giulietta logged some great data with long runs which gave the boys in the garage some all important feedback in this brand new series.

“These cars are new to our shores and it’s going to take us a few sessions to get our head around what makes them tick” stated Vernon.  “We’ll make a few slight changes and hit P2 running” he also went on to say.

Practice two is scheduled for 4.45pm with the sun predicted to cause issues due to the lateness in the day.
